Weardale Flower and Garden Club was formed in 1978 by a group of flower and gardening enthusiasts.  As a registered charity we are affiliated to NAFAS (National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies) which has around 55,000 members nationally.  We ‘belong’ to the Northumberland and Durham Area.  Being a part of NAFAS gives us access to regional and national shows, a magazine, educational courses, competitions, and social events, as well as discounts at suppliers, eg Country Baskets.
