15-21 June 2020 is BRITISH FLOWERS WEEK, supported by The Duchess of Cornwall.  As a keen gardener,  Her Royal Highness has created her own arrangement of British flowers grown and picked by her at Birkhall, Scotland, featuring forget-me-nots, cranesbill, alchemilla, tulips, peonies, poppies, cow parsley and Solomon’s seal.

British Flowers Week is an annual, national celebration of the wealth and variety of British cut flowers, plants and foliage.  Just like food, people are demanding locally grown flowers to celebrate the seasons and support British growers.  Often scented, British flowers have a natural charm, beauty and just-picked freshness that make the the florists’ favourite.
